The "long" stair lift. The electric stair lifts make both levels of this two-level
house accessable to an elderly or disabled person who has difficulty climbing
stairs. We will remove them (and replace the original handrails) unless the buyer
needs them, in which case we can negotiate a price to leave them with the house.
